Carol is the manager of LymphWorks- The Bodywork Experts. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice (HTPA). Her enthusiasm for the human form and learning has taken her beyond her B.S. from CSU to the Healing Arts Institute, The Medical Massage Office, and the Upledger Institute to name a few. Whenever possible, she teacher assists Lymph Drainage Therapy courses held in the
Carol has deep rooted personal experience with the loss of loved ones to cancer. Therefore, helping those actively fighting or recovering from cancer is one of her passions.
Additionally, Carol is a former NCAA Division I All-American in swimming. Her personal experience with training physiology, sports injuries, and recovery enhances her ability to cater to active clients, the occasional weekend warrior or those just looking for relief from the stress and pains of daily life.
Certified to teach yoga through the Yoga Alliance, Carol often teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin/Restorative Yoga at local studios.

Since a good practitioner’s learning should never end, Carol continues to pursue additional training in advanced massage and manual therapy techniques by teacher assisting, attending continuing education seminars, conducting case studies, and meeting advanced techniques certification criteria. Carol’s talent lies with the subtler systems of the body such as the Lymphatic and Fascial systems.
Carol has been in private practice since 2003 and has much experience with vast array of conditions. Her specialties include, but are not limited to: inflammation and swelling, detoxification, pain and injury recovery, support during and after cancer treatment, autoimmune disorders, and general wellness. She prefers to work closely with her client’s primary care physicians or chosen health professionals to assure the best and most comprehensive care is received.
Personal Background
Carol graduated from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree. To manage a repetitive use injury and pain during her collegiate swimming career, her coach turned her to massage therapy. This unexpectedly introduced her to bodywork. Her fascination with this healing art eventually guided her career down a new path.
Carol continues to stay physically active teaching and practicing Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Other interests and activities include hiking, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, and world travel.
